A WEEKLY VIDEO PODCAST AIRING ON ACROSS MULTIPLE PLATFORMS
Each week veteran sports broadcaster and sports historian take us on a journey with our athletic heroes spanning from the game they played then, to the games they play in life today.
Bernie uses his unique interviewing style as the ultimate "everyman" to provide the viewer/listener with the inside stories from their playing career and uncovers information on their lives as people.
Games People Play takes place live from one of the country’s largest sports memorabilia shop in Saugus MA, which serves as the perfect backdrop for the show.
Our audience for Games People Play reaches Men ages 40 plus, this demographic mirrors the sports fan who visits various sports hall of fames, travels to ballparks and stadiums (pre covid) and attends sports fantasy camps which costs $4200 per person for 8 eight days of recapturing memoried from the past.
BIG BAD HOCKEY 50 YEARS REMEMBERED
On May 9, 2020, Games People Played kicked off our first program honoring the 50th Anniversary of the Boston Bruins winning the Stanley Cup. This was a team that captured the hearts and minds of the city, and this milestone was celebrated through a virtual reunion facebook live 2 hour special. The show was streamed live on location from Sportsworld USA and was supported by Samuel Adams Beer.
The show featured over 10 members of the 1970 team, a panel of guests, and was hosted by Bernie Corbett and Hockey Hall of Fame writer Kevin Dupont from the Boston Globe.
The special received over 7K views through Facebook, and You Tube and an incredible amount of positive feedback.
